The philosophy of the company owned by the Angelini Group is based on certain fundamental concepts: harvesting at the right degree of ripeness, vinification not in contact with the skins, processing exclusively in stainless steel and, for the whites, no malolactic fermentation. It follows that Puiatti's wines favour the purity of the varietal aromas of the vines, freshness and drinkability. A modern approach that aims to enhance the terroir's essence and each cultivar's recognisability.
