Lucien Aviet is a key figure in the Jura wine scene. Today he is assisted by his son Vincent who continues the tradition, in the classic expression of wines from the old vines in the commune of Montigny-les-Arsures. The Trousseau Cuvée de Geologues comes exactly from the hill of Montigny, which is the cradle of the best terroir for the Trousseau.
