Lorenz-Martini

The Cantina Spumanti Lorenz Martini is located in the ancient wine-growing village of Cornaiano.

Under its turn since 1985 the Martini family has been making traditional grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco, to produce the precious bubbles.

After three years of bottle aging according to the classic method, the noble sparkling wine Comitissa Brut Riserva is obtained.

The grapes used, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Bianco and 40% Pinot Noir, come from the vineyards of Cornaiano, Appiano-Monte and Cologna-San Genesio which are located between 500 and 800 m s.l.m.

Despite the predominantly Mediterranean climate, these regions give the final product a pleasant freshness and its unmistakable aroma.
