A Cabernet Sauvignon born in the heart of Chianti Classico, a wine that embodies Montefili's philosophy of respect for nature and tradition. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in stainless steel. Aged for 24 months in 350-liter tonneaux and barriques.
