Obtained from Pinot Nero (85%) and Chardonnay (15%), Alta Langa ZERO is undosed, in other words it has no liqueur d’expédition. After ageing on the lees for about 60 months, Alta Langa ZERO is Enrico Serafino’s supreme Classic Method sparkling wine.

酿酒工艺 Grapes are soft-pressed before the first must ferments in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle according to the Classic Method.
