The Cuvée Aurora Alta Langa Banfi project took its first steps at the beginning of the 1990s to give the best interpretation of the Piedmontese Classic Method par excellence. The Cuvée Aurora Alta Langa Blanc de Noirs is a niche product in numbered bottles, which represents the result of the company's expertise in vinifying sparkling Pinot Noir. It completes the winery's line of Alta Langa wines so far consisting of the historic Cuvée Aurora Extra Brut, Cuvée Aurora Extra Brut Rosée and Cuvée Aurora 100 Mesi Riserva pas dosé.
