Still red wine from Veronese IGT, 14% ABV, produced by Allegrini. 90% Corvina, 10% Oseleta, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of one of Italy's most important wineries, Allegrini, which has been producing excellent wines in the Valpolicella Classica area for centuries. The nose immediately reveals sandalwood and musky notes, followed by blackcurrant, nutmeg, cinchona, graphite, and balsamic hints. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with periodic daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in barriques. Aged in second-use French oak barriques for 16 months, followed by 2 months of aging in the bottle and 10 months. The palate is structured between fine-textured tannins and a mellow alcohol embrace, tempered by a suitable freshness. The finish is enhanced by mineral highlights.

Allegrini is one of the most important and authoritative wineries in Italy. Known for its production of Valpolicella Classica, the Allegrini winery boasts one hundred hectares of vineyards located on the hills of Fumane, Sant'Ambrogio and San Pietro in Cariano.
