描述
Terre di Chieti IGT still white wine, 13% ABV, produced by Tenuta Ulisse. 100% Passerina. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A wine born from a passion for native Abruzzo grape varieties and innovation. Harvested with sorting and placing the whole grapes in the exclusive "Ulisse" cooling tunnel, the temperature is rapidly reduced, resulting in cryomaceration of the skins and extraction of aromatic compounds. Destemming, pressing in an inert environment, cold static clarification. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 11°C in thermoregulated and inert tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks with subsequent bottle aging. The aromas are very intense with pleasant notes of peach, apricot, and mineral grapefruit. On the palate, it is consistent with the aromas and mineral on the finish.
