在阿索拉尼山脈 (Colli Asolani) 的心臟地帶，我們的葡萄酒誕生於 Monfumo。葡萄園分為不同的莊園：Vigneto del Biss、Vigneto del Longon 和 Vigneto Era Grande，這些莊園因其特殊性，提供不同風味和特性的葡萄，彼此完美結合，賦予 Tenuta Amadio 的葡萄酒香氣和芬芳，使其成為獨一無二的產品。 在釀酒廠，我們幾乎只使用來自我們自己土地上的葡萄，保留了葡萄的優點。與過去一樣，葡萄的收穫都是以人工方式裝箱，然後用小鐵車立即運到酒窖，以便在新鮮的時候進行加工。 酒窖座落在這些山丘之間，雕刻在岩石上，與周圍的環境完美和諧。建造酒窖時，我們小心翼翼地將酒窖與山水融為一體，酒窖與山水和諧共融，在使用木材和石材等天然和當地材料時，我們幾乎是瘋狂地小心謹慎；最後，懸掛式花園充當了遮蔽物，四周環繞著一排葡萄藤。 在酒窖內，從葡萄到葡萄酒的所有加工過程都是根據最現代化的技術進行的，並始終保持在受控溫度下進行。小心翼翼，不改變產品，但加強我們的土地的典型氣味和芳香。
