The name of this wine derives from the hill, owned by the Spagnol family and known as "Col del Sas" in the town of Valdobbiadene, where it is produced. Col del Sas Spumante is produced to express the best qualities of the grapes from the various company vineyards spread throughout the territory of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. This extraordinarily fine and harmonic Extra Dry exalts the character of the grapes.
