The process involves dealcoholization, which reduces the alcohol content in the wine to a legal level that distinguishes a non-alcoholic beverage from an alcoholic one. This process produces beverages with zero alcohol. Intense aromas of red fruits (blueberries, plums) and flowers, with a delicately spicy finish. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sumptuous, with sumptuous tannins.
