Prapian 是個特別的地方。Prapian 莊園的葡萄園位於特雷維索省的 Tarzo 社區，延伸至海拔三百公尺以上；土壤礦物含量高、陽光充沛、水源豐富，而且幾乎不受風吹襲。數百萬年前，這裡曾是一片海域，只有幾公尺深，居住著珊瑚和烏洛藻，之後成為栗樹、山毛榉、榆樹和橡樹林中的化石。天氣晴朗時，亞得里亞海和威尼斯在蒙提卡諾山 (Monticano) 、利文扎山 (Livenza) 和皮亞維山 (Piave) 沖涮下的平原盡頭銀光閃閃。周圍的小路縱橫交錯，有水紋、野生森林和凹凸不平的草地。Prapian 是 Tarzo-Valdobbiadene 丘陵最具特色的風土之一，被聯合國教科文組織列為世界遺產。尤其是，它位於核心區域 (Core Zone)，該區域因其斜坡而被界定為最有價值的區域。
