Bolgheri Superiore still red, 14.5% ABV, produced by Podere Sette. Blend: 85% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. 1.5L magnum, 2020 vintage. A wine born in the heart of Bolgheri, from a winery that has made sustainability its philosophy, converting all production to organic. A crisp bouquet with notes of wild berries and myrtle, marine scrub, and toasted notes. Dense ruby red color. On the palate, sustained freshness and appropriate tannins make for an enticing sip, with good length.
