| 酿酒工艺 | Separate vinification. Grapes undergo destemming and soft crushing. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and indigenous yeasts. Then, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Tartaric stabilisation occurs naturally during the winter at low temperatures. |
