Most of the vineyards are located in the municipality of Sinio at about 400/500 metres above sea level. Dolcetto was once perhaps the main production of dolcetto mainly for the local market, while today the surface area of the vineyards has decreased from 6 ha to 3 ha. However, we have retained the best vineyards that are now about 50 years old, yields very low yields that allow us to obtain great concentrations.
