故事 Pietro Vettoretti, with the constant idea of renewing the vineyards, picks the best buds from the best vine to maintain its continuity.
产地 Vineyard Rive di Guia located in the village of Guia, town of Valdobbiadene (Treviso).
气候 Altitude: 300 m. a.s.l.

酿酒工艺 Soft pressing of the grapes without adding sulphites, static decantation of the must and start of fermentation with selected yeasts and controlled temperature. This is maintained on the lees at a temperature of 10°C until subsequent loading into the autoclave for re-fermentation. Throughout this period, bâtonnage is carried out at precise intervals. It is then loaded into the autoclave with an inoculum of selected yeasts and re-fermented for at least 25 days. Cooling at the end of fermentation and maintaining the temperature at 10°C for at least 3 months during which further bâtonnage is carried out. The wine is finally filtrated and bottled.
