Classic method sparkling wine, produced by La Scolca in the heart of Piedmont. 100% Cortese blend. 0.75 l bottle. A classic method born from the passion of the Soldati family, who have been producing wines that reflect the essence of the region since 1919. Classic bottle fermentation, maturation on the lees for over 24 months. Intense and persistent; complex and sincere in its purity, with a light note of toasted hazelnut, beautifully balanced with mineral and floral aromas. Straw yellow, lively and brilliant. Decisive and whole, delicately acidic, with pleasant hints of almond.
