Brut classic method sparkling wine, produced by La Scolca, in the heart of Piedmont. 100% Cortese blend. A classic method born from the passion and tradition of one of Gavi's most renowned wineries. Classic bottle fermentation, maturation on the lees for over 24 months. Intense and persistent; an initial fruity impression gives way to delicate floral notes, which fade into a smooth and elegant finish. Frank, very balanced, delicately acidic, with a pleasant almond note. A wine that embodies the excellence of the Piedmont region.
