Kitzer Estate Winery lies on the outskirts of the quaint village of Badenheim, on the western edge of Rheinhessen. Now operating in the sixth generation, everything here revolves around wine.
The cumulative expertise of four winemakers, from two generations, working hand in hand. Our father, certified Engineer of Viticulture and Oenology and Master Winemaker, Hans-Friedrich Kitzer, attained one of his life's greatest highlights by passing on his passion for wine to the three of us. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that he delegated responsibilities to us early on. One thing is certain, a love for wine was awakened in all of us at a young age. Each of us learned his craft from scratch. Tobias and Bjoern are both certified Engineers of Viticulture and Oenology., and Julian an academic Oenologist and Viticulturist. After fine tuning our skills in renowned wineries both in Germany and around the world, all three of us, together with our father, Hans-Friedrich, are really stepping on the gas.
We stand for “real man power”, vitality and know-how x 4! In recent years, we've continually developed our winery and our wines and are proud that our work is recognized year after year with numerous awards. 閱讀更多

| 酿酒工艺 | Icewine is made from grapes which have frozen on the vine.The frozen grapes are then picked and pressed. The ice crystals are filtered out and only the concentrated, sweet juice that remains is used to make the wine. The ice crystals are just frozen water, so by filtering them out all the other components of the grape juice, including sugar, are left behind and concentrated. |
