Organic extra brut Champagne made using the classic method, produced by Julie Dufour. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A unique sensory experience, a tribute to the Champagne tradition, with a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes reminiscent of the long aging on the lees. Straw yellow in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant finish that invites another sip.

In 2012, after a professional conversion, Julie came back to Landreville, in the Côte des Bar to take over the family estate representing 4,25 hectares of vines. She cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in organic viticulture. In 2018, two owners decided to sell part of the vineyard. Thanks to Terre de Liens, she found it possible to maintain the whole vineyard.
