Still red wine from Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Franz Haas. 100% Pinot Noir, a grape variety that Franz Haas calls "the white among reds." 0.75 l bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family that has been producing wine for seven generations, instilling their philosophy of life in their wine: the tireless pursuit of perfection. The bouquet opens with notes of morello cherries and raspberries, marzipan and plum jam, cloves and cinnamon. Aromas of undergrowth emerge at the finish. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively thanks to elegant tannins that make it aromatic and rounded and ensure an inviting and savory flavor.
