A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the minerality of the Champagne terroir. Limestone notes and hints of white fruit and peach on the nose. Fine and persistent perlage. Bright straw yellow color. Vibrant on the palate, with a clean and pure structure, ideal as an accompaniment to meals.
