Created in 1940 and formerly known as Coche-Bizouard, Domaine Fabien Coche cultivates all the nobility of great Burgundy wines.
Located in Meursault (21 Côte d'Or), this family estate has 12 hectares of vines spread over Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet.
The Domaine Fabien Coche uses traditional methods to produce its wines: working the vines, ageing, bottling... each stage is carried out in such a way as to guarantee exceptional production.
Preserving the nature of the soil is one of the main concerns of your producer, who has been working organically for several vintages now. So it's only natural that we should apply for organic certification from the 2020 harvest. 閱讀更多
