At the end of the 1990s, Rafael and José Guilisasti perceived that the market was beginning to change, and global consumers were beginning to consciously choose the products they consumed, not just in terms of health, but also for its environmental and social effects.

Together with visionary winemaker Álvaro Espinoza, they began converting a conventional Chilean winery into a 100% organic and biodynamic winery, with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality while respecting people and the environment. After more than 2 decades, what began as a dream is today a full portfolio of products, with both domestic and International recognition, that meet the needs of today’s consumer.

Harvest After manual harvesting, which takes place in April, the grapes are macerated at a cold temperature of 8°C for a week to have a greater extraction of fruity scents.
Wine making Alcoholic fermentation occurs in steel vats at a temperature of 25-28°C, with daily pumping over. The wine then rests on its fine lees for a short period, after which it undergoes natural malolactic fermentation.
Aging Ageing takes place for 20% in French oak wood for 6 months, followed by subsequent blending to obtain a more complex structure.
