The Cantina Sociale di Trento (Trento Wine Cooperative) was founded in 1956 to combine the strength and ingenuity of small producers in the city and the surrounding hills. A wide reaching project that started with the earth and goes beyond the history of generation of producers. A project that is continuously developing and growing with the ambitions and values of past generations.

This is what a wine cooperative is in our opinion: a place to defend and promote the area and its products thanks to the union of those who live and work in the area every day.

故事 The appellation of origin "Trento DOC" covers an area which is recognized as suitable for the production of quality sparkling wines obtained with a secondary fermentation in bottle.

酿酒工艺 The grapes are hand-picked, placed in small perforated plastic containers and vinified using the most modern techniques (destemming, skin contact for 10 2 hours, followed by clarification through natural sedimentation, the addition of cultured yeasts, fermentation at controlled temperature (14 6 °C) and maturation on the fine lees for 3-4 months prior to "tirage").
