A bold wine that conveys the desire to take new paths; courageous, determined, expressive and elegant like the great-great-grandmother Leonia, who inspired this innovative wine. Leonia was the first to plant the French varietals at Pomino, vinifying them in the first Italian gravity-flow winery and receiving the gold medal at the Paris Expo in 1878.

| 酿酒工艺 | Once in the winery, the grapes were subjected to a slow and gentle pressing that allowed the must to be extracted from the heart of the berry. Once the cuvée was obtained, a 12-hour cold clarification was carried out, which allowed for the decisive clarification in creating the qualitative harmony typical of Leonia. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a constant, controlled temperature; a part was fermented in wood. |
