描述

A still red wine from Tuscany, 13% ABV, produced by Castello dei Rampolla, a historic winery that contributed to the relaunch of the Gallo Nero denomination. 100% Merlot, 2021 vintage. Aged for 9 months in concrete vats/terracotta amphorae and 6 months in bottle. A wine that expresses the elegance of Tuscan Merlot, with a fresh and balsamic aromatic profile evoking memories of eucalyptus, resin, and licorice. The nose also features notes of peony, violet, blackcurrant, and menthol. Ruby red with purple hues. Vibrant and assertive on the palate, savory and with dense tannins, it expresses length and a pleasing elegance.

The company owned by the family of Di Napoli since 1964, is located in the Conca d'Oro of Panzano and part of that small group of companies that marked the relaunch of the Black Rooster denomination.
