A Blanc de Blancs that embodies the excellence of Chardonnay, with grapes from Premier Cru vineyards. Aged for 2 years on the lees. In 1945, René Brice took over the estate, modernised it and completed the post-phyloxera replanting. He enlarged the family cellars and launched the first Champagne BRICE vintages (tenth generation).
In 1966, Jean-Paul Brice returned to the estate and developed the vineyard in the Aube department. In 1994, he gave the family a new dynamism by becoming a negociant and member of the Union des Maisons de Champagne. From this date onwards, external supplies of grapes have been added to the in-house vineyard, thus allowing the development of our production (eleventh generation).
Remi and Jean-René Brice, in their turn, enter the champagne house. In the same year, they invested in a new cellar in Bouzy and in cellars dug in the 19th century (12th generation). Remi and Jean-René BRICE produce 100,000 bottles each year and export more than 30% of the production.
For several years, the house has been a reference in the vinification of Bouzy Rouge. The wines are sold exclusively to fine restaurants and traditional wine shops. They are the expression of the attachment and loyalty of a family to its terroir. 閱讀更多
