The Boasso farm was founded immediately after the war in the 1950s after Giuseppe returned from World War II to resume managing his lands. 收获 The grapes are hand-picked in mid-October, being placed in perforated baskets for their transport to the cellar.
酿酒工艺 The fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at 28°C with frequent daily pumping over for 12 5 days. The tumultuous fermentation is followed by submerged-cap fermentation for 15 days in order to completely extract the tannins and aromas.
