土壤成分 Eocene origin (50 million years ago), turbid sediments with a prevalent calcareous composition. Medium surface soils, 30-40 cm deep, light grey-brown, heavy and cold. Marl/calcareous soil. The soil composition and northern exposure make plot 10 the perfect terroir for Merlot.
