Champagne Brut Tradition by Baudin & Fils, from the Champagne region. 0.75L bottle. A classic method brut sparkling wine that embodies the winemaking tradition of the Baudin family, active since the 18th century. Hints of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, enhanced by a fresh, citrusy undertone. The perlage is fine and persistent, while the color is a clear and luminous straw yellow. The acidity on the palate is moderate and well-supported by a dense, smooth texture, for a balanced and flavorful sip.
