Sweet red passito from Veneto, 14.5% ABV, produced by Agricola Cottini. Recioto della Valpolicella Classico, 2021 vintage. A wine born from a passion for Valpolicella Classica, with Corvina, Corvinone, Molinara, and Rondinella grapes dried on racks until February. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in bottle for 6-12 months. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are complemented by hints of aromatic herbs. Intense garnet red color. On the palate, the wine is soft and velvety, a sensory experience that celebrates the area's winemaking tradition.
