In 1899 Dizy, near Epernay, Louis-Eugène Pannier wrote the first pages of the history of the house of the same name. Over time the brand has earned its reputation and begin a new chapter full of promise after have been moved to Chateau-Thierry, in the heart of the slopes of the Marne Valley.

On these lands that have inspired many painters, writers and poets, where there are ancient stone quarries dating back to the XII century; here there is the cellar of Pannier. The symbol of the cellar is an archer; Maison Pannier chose this symbol of balance and control as the emblem of his experience to "Achieve perfection".
