My grandfather Francis Usseglio came from Italy in 1931 and settled in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
In 1948 he took over a farm with its vines in the Piet Long area and produced his first wine in 1949.
Finally, in 1962, he planted his first parcel of vines under his own name at Terres Blanches.
In 1963, my father Raymond, accompanied by my mother Danielle, took over and created the Domaine Usseglio Raymond.
Since 1999, and at only 22 years old, it is now my turn to cultivate and exploit the vineyard of Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils.
