Installed in the Cote des Bar since the end of 1800, Armand Viot, the founder of the House, cultivated his vines with love and proudly released his first bottles of Blancs Fins in 1921. The first bottles of Champagne Viot as for them, only appeared in 1927, when our beautiful region of Aube obtained the "Champagne" appelation.
