Quare di Angarano is the result of cabernet sauvignon grapes blending. Over the years the Company has reproduced and transplanted the old biotypes of the local grape varieties in order to preserve their characteristics and uniqueness. During the phenological stages, the vineyard is always supervised to obtain a limited but high-quality production. The harvest is made separately for every plot and variety.

The alluvial soil and the nightly breeze blowing down the Valsugana Valley are beneficial to both the grapevines and the olive groves. Thanks to these generous climatic conditions, these Veneto lands were first chosen for cultivation and never since abandoned, and wine - in the words of Palladio - has always been produced here.
After almost seven-hundred years of production using traditional methods, today the five Bianchi Michiel sisters with their love for the harvest and wine and the consultation of oenologist, Marco Bernabei, have dedicated their effort to a new production.
The challenge has just begun: following careful research for the species most suited to the territory capable of enhancing the bouquet that these ancient lands can offer, in 2003, the farm first began replanting the vineyards with Merlot, Cabernet, and then Chardonnay and Vespaiolo grape.
These new wines represent the fruit of an extended effort by Bianchi Michiel Vineyards to renew and improve the quality of its products. 阅读更多
