Marsannay AOC still rosé, produced by Sylvain Pataille in Burgundy. 13% ABV, 100% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. Sylvain Pataille runs his winery in Marsannay, a few kilometers from Dijon. The nose is complex with notes of red fruits, complemented by herbaceous notes. Cherry pink in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh and pleasant, an elegant and refined rosé, perfect for pairing with aperitifs and light dishes.
