描述

This rosé, fresh and fruity, represents all the feelings of a Sicilian summer. Its colour is that of a summer sunset. The fresh aromas of strawberry make it a marvellously friendly wine, and easy to drink. This rosé by Planeta can be enjoyed in good company, as an aperitif with tapas, raw fish, fresh salads or alone with seasonal fruit.

To say Planeta is to say the best Sicilian wine reality. Closely linked to the place where it is located, the Cantina Planeta offers a series of labels of great territorial adherence, truly unique: La Baronia in Capo Milazzo, Dispensa in Menfi, Buonivini at Noto, Feudo di Mezzo on the Mount Etna in Castiglione di Sicilia and Ulmo in Sambuca di Sicilia. These are the places where the Cantine Planeta wineries are located, whose history has been handed down since the XVI century, by no less than 17 generations. 酿酒工艺 The process is similar to that of a white wine. The grapes are destemmed and crushed and sent to soft pressing for a brief maceration of 1-2 hours to achieve a perfect extraction of colour. The must thus obtained, after decanting, is transferred and fermented at 15 °C in stainless steel vats.
