Still organic red wine from Veneto, 14% ABV, produced by Casa Sartori 1898. Blend: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella. 0.75L bottle, 2018 vintage. A Valpolicella Ripasso made using the expert ripasso technique, where the base wine is refermented on the Amarone pomace, developing body, complexity, and smoothness. Aged for a long time in medium-sized Slovenian oak barrels. The bouquet is fresh on the nose, with pleasant and distinctive notes of cherry and bitter almond, anticipating a rich, velvety, and balanced palate with a lovely body and intensity.

The heir, endowed with a superfine palate, like a tailor, was able to 'sew' with extreme care the wines to propose to his clientele, which grew year after year.
