Extra dry Charmat method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Lungoparma. 100% Chardonnay. 1.5L magnum format. A wine that embodies elegance and sophistication, perfect for celebrating special moments. Soft pressing and vinification in an autoclave according to the Charmat or Martinotti method at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The free-run must obtained is kept at low temperatures until the secondary fermentation, which takes place in an autoclave. Typical aroma reminiscent of green fruit. Light yellow color. Dry, harmonious, and elegant flavor.
