酿酒工艺 The ripe grapes harvested by hand are vinified 'white' with crushing and soft pressing, using the semi-reduction technique (no and/or low oxygen content). The clarity of the must is obtained by cold static decantation for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 8 °C using cold technology. This is to maintain all the varietal aromatic fragrance.
