Still organic red wine from Lazio, 13% ABV, produced by Le Coste. Blend: 50% Sangiovese, Merlot, and Syrah. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the passion of Clementine Bouveron and Gian Marco Antonuzi, who chose to grow vines in the heart of Lazio, adhering to biodynamic principles. Vinification is made with organic grapes, some of which are purchased in Bomarzo and Pitigliano. After destemming, the grapes macerate on the skins for approximately three weeks. The resulting wine ages for six months in stainless steel vats. A concentrated and clean nose with fruity, spicy, dark, and ripe notes. An intense purple color. On the palate, it displays excellent structure and is truly well-balanced, with lovely, broad, and ripe tannins. It has a refreshing finish with fruity and mentholated notes.

The Le Coste agricultural business was born from a project from scratch, with great passion and a desire to compete in a magnificent territory.
