Vermentino di Sardegna DOC, a still white wine from Sardinia, 14% ABV, produced by Is Aquas. 100% Vermentino, 2022 vintage. A wine that expresses the soul of Sardinia, with its freshness and minerality. The vines range in age from 5 to 20 years and produce wines that express their identity and terroir in every aspect. Soft pressing using only free-run must. Cooling to 10-12 degrees C and natural decantation. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees C for approximately 20 days. Intense and delicate, with predominantly fresh fruit notes. Straw yellow with greenish hues. Fresh and savory, balanced, delicate, and refined, a wine that captivates from the first sip.
