A classic method born from the passion of Oltrepò Pavese wineries. Aged for 82 months on the lees, imparting complexity and finesse. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of bread crust reminiscent of the long aging on the lees. Straw yellow color foreshadows a refined, structured, and persistent sip, ideal for celebrating special moments.
