Vinified and aged in oak barrels. Natural fermentation with house yeasts, 10 months of aging in barriques. Malolactic fermentation: completed. Aged on lees: 3 years. A wine that expresses the excellence of Champagne, with a fine and persistent perlage.

The Heucq family in the north, in Fleury-la-Rivière & the Gamet family in the south of the Valley, in Mardeuil.
In the 90s, Fabienne & Philippe settled in Mardeuil to perpetuate their know-how and develop the notoriety of the estate. Joined by their children, in 2018, Marianne & Jean-François continue to lay the stones to the building and form the future of the estate step by step.
