A Charmat Method Brut sparkling wine, produced in Sicily by Firriato. Blend of Catarratto Bianco Comune and Grillo. 0.75 L bottle, no vintage indicated, 12% ABV. A wine that celebrates the Sicilian sparkling wine tradition, with a fine and persistent perlage. Its refined elegance is evolving and harmonious, with distinct notes of white fruit and citrus. Bright straw yellow. Variegated and complex, its balanced acidity and freshness enhance its persistence, culminating in mineral notes on the finish.
