来自这个酒庄
Now 30 years old, I spent my entire childhood in a small village in the Chablis region, Courgis. Surrounded by a father and a grandfather who were winegrowers, I quickly inherited a passion for the profession. I therefore naturally chose to study for a BTS in viticulture and oenology in Beaune.

My passion for the profession of winegrower, my curiosity and my desire to respect the environment and the health of my family and friends were determining factors in my decision. The organic cultivation of my vines became an obvious choice.

In 2004, I returned to the family estate of Bois d'Yver and took over 8 hectares which I converted to organic farming (ECOCERT). I then created my own estate, the "Pattes Loup" estate.

In 2009, I obtained my certification in Organic Agriculture. (Thomas Pico)

酿酒工艺 In order to bring out the natural and varietal character of Domaine Pattes Loup Chardonnays, Thomas Pico works with spontaneous fermentations carried out by indigenous yeasts, using minimal amounts of sulphur dioxide and avoiding filtering his wines before bottling.
