The wines are carefully selected and blended to reflect the full spectrum of character in the Burgundy terroir.

酿酒工艺 Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel. Pre-fermentation - temperature controlled cold maceration. Long fermentation during which pigeages and pumping over are performed.
