Brut Nature is made entirely from Meunier using a traditional vinification method. It spends an average of 2 years ageing on the skins. This cuvée was the first creation of Champagne Dom Caudron. It embodies the terroir of Passy-Grigny and the unique characteristics of the Meunier grape variety. Brut Nature has no added sugar.
