A still white wine from New Zealand, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cloudy Bay, founded in 1985. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that embodies the essence of Marlborough, with an explosion of aromas that capture the essence of the terroir. Fresh and vibrant on the nose, with aromas of bright citrus, kaffir lime, orchard blossom, and passion fruit. Straw yellow. Concentrated and indulgent on the palate, with juicy stone fruit and subtle tropical notes underpinned by a fine minerality.

The winery was named after Cloudy Bay, a stretch of water explorer Captain James Cook came across during his voyage to New Zealand in 1770. His discovery coincided with flooding in the region, which washed large amounts of sediment into the sea. Noticing the water’s opaque appearance, Cook cleverly christened the area Cloudy Bay.
